ROBONOVA is the most comon mid-level robot with programming capabilities (software changes and updates) and hardware improvements (adding motors to a maxim of 24 motors and adding sensors or other ciurcuit boards to the 16 I/O ports on the controller's main board [MR-C3024 model]).

You can use for your ROBONOVA stability and feedback program control gyrosensors , accelometers on 2 or 3 axis , distance sensors , touch sensors , light sensors , sound sensors , LCD modules , TTS (Text to Speech modules for adding voices to your robot) , magnetic field sensors or even GPS module. Communication with your ROBONOVA uses in standard use an serial cable conection to your computer but you can add an bluetooth module or an UIRT to your computer to communicate wireless with your robot. Vision can be an advanced option for your robot ,  because a large variety of video boards ar provided (ex: CMUcam2 ...) with or without Pan & Tilt turret.

ROBONOVA from it's design and technical specifications is a class "J" robot , meaning it's participation in a category in the ROBO-ONE world wide robotic competition for robots. "J" category is was a "junior" category for small robots but it was no longer continued.

HiTech it's a South Corean company which has Sales Offices in America , Japan and Europe (Germany) and a production line in Phillipines.

    HiTech official webite (Europe).
